Our Tuscan IGP organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the first olives we harvest in early October and cold pressed within 12 hours of harvest at the local mill. Our blend is made up of the traditional Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino varieties. The result of this early harvest is a very aromatic oil that packs a heavy dose of fruity, bitter and spicy notes and a phenomenal level of polyphenols.
